I think I'm losing where you end and I begin

Kash and I ate at one of our favorite Chinese restaurants in town. A bit pricier than the average restaurant, it was our delicious splurge for the week.
Afterwards, we ended up at the park.

Hat + stripes + gold fringe necklace + distressed light wash denim + gold wedges & boyfriend's socks = yesterday's outfit.

The sunlight intensity kept shifting between shots as the weather switched between sporadic rain drops and vivid sunshine. Hence, the varying lightness in the photos. Such is a normal occurrence in Hawaii, though. It's officially summer and I'm thoroughly enjoying it thus far. Two more days until the Sex and the City 2 midnight show!

the big two-oh

Doesn't this blouse seem wonderfully Lanvin-esque?

Vanilla Macadamia nut pie.

Artichoke & spinach dip with sweet potato chips.

Went out to dinner with my family and feasted last Friday night. On Saturday, my twentieth birthday, I attended a beautiful wedding and ate even more delicious food. All that's standing between me and the freedom synonymous with summer is two more final exams. Then I'm going to indulge in a Sex and the City marathon with a few friends in celebration of the ending of a long semester.

I wish to dedicate this post to my beloved dog, Princess who passed away today after thirteen years. We love and miss you.

surprise!

This past Friday, Kash threw me a surprise birthday party a week before my birthday, May 8. Needless to say, I was pleasantly shocked. We would've celebrated on the actual date if it weren't for all of the coinciding events taking place this weekend, including the dreaded finals I must take next week.

I wasn't exactly sure where we were headed, but the sunlight was beautiful at that time of day.

I wore an Indah dress from THELOOK Hawaii, American Apparel grid tights and my new favorite fringed necklace.
